Return & Exchange Policy

After the order is confirmed, no refund/return/exchange will be made. If you receive a product with a problem, please send the details of the product problem to our email address cs@enterbay.com

Undeliverable orders

Some orders will be returned due to incorrect delivery address, unsuccessful delivery, refusal to pay taxes/refusal to provide a copy of the ID card/failure to make an import declaration or the package is rejected by the recipient.
When the freight company returns the goods to us because it cannot be delivered smoothly, we can re-ship the returned package for the customer, but the customer needs to pay the re-shipping freight.
In case of any dispute, this website reserves the right to make the final decision and no objection is allowed.
